李茜倩 in Chinese, pronounced /SHEE CHIEN LEE/

My design journey has taken me from startups to Microsoft, and now BCG X, working on projects across healthcare, consumer goods, e-commerce, enterprise solutions, and industrial goods. Whether brainstorming product strategies, diving deep into user research, or crafting interactive prototypes, my passion is always to spark joy, create "aha!" moments, and inspire meaningful behavior change from the heart. With creativity and empathy, I design experiences users genuinely love, always keeping sustainability and community in mind.

Curator / Exhibition Designer

I worked as a curator and an exhibition designer before switching to UX/UI/ When designing exhibitions, I was always empathic about my audience, how they walked around the space, how they interacted with the artifacts, what they learned from the experience. As I believed these two fields shared many similarities, I applied user-centered design methodologies and design thinking to my exhibition work. That's how I started my empathy and problem-solving journey.

Global Citizen

As a global citizen, I am taking an active role in my community and want to make a better world. I designed and organized more than 10 children’s exhibitions in the U.S., China, France, Kenya, and Brazil, involving over 40,000 youth artists from 15 countries to raise their global awareness and social responsibilities. As a UX designer, I want to make a broader impact. I hope the products and services I design can impact millions of people positively.

Art Teacher

Outside of work, I keep my creative soul alive by teaching art workshops for both kids and adults. Impressionism is always a crowd favorite—mine too! I run a cozy little art studio in Fremont, CA (East Bay), and also host pop-up workshops at cafés, restaurants, and even on the corporate side.

ADP List Campus Ambassdor

While I am constantly inspired by great mentors on ADPList to expand my knowledge, being an ambassador is my way to give back and help to democratize mentorship globally. Since 2022, I have organized group events and plan to bring more great content to the design community.
